Leadership can be deeply rewarding—and deeply challenging. Whether you are leading a school, organization, team, ministry, or business, the demands of leadership can be relentless. Expectations are constantly shifting, relationships can be complex, and the decisions you make can have a lasting impact on the people you lead.
And while leadership is often a calling, it can also be isolating. Even strong and capable leaders need a trusted, confidential space to step back, think deeply, gain perspective, and work through the challenges they face.
I know this because I’ve been there.
For more than 24 years, I have served in education as a teacher and school leader, experiencing firsthand the rewards and challenges of leading people, building healthy cultures, navigating change, and pursuing meaningful outcomes. I hold a master’s degree in Education and Educational Leadership and have continued to develop my practice as a certified Maxwell Leadership Coach and registered member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I also provide teaching, coaching, and consulting services and am fluent in French, bringing a broad, cross-cultural perspective to my work with leaders.
My approach to coaching is grounded in the belief that effective leadership begins with leading yourself well. Together, we can explore your strengths, clarify your purpose, navigate challenges, strengthen relationships, and develop practical strategies that help you lead with greater confidence, intentionality, and authenticity.
For those who desire it, my coaching can also incorporate biblical principles and discipleship, helping leaders consider not only what they accomplish, but who they are becoming and the influence they have on others.
My mission is to help leaders thrive personally, lead intentionally, and create a positive and lasting impact in the people, organizations, and communities they serve.
